System design

Tailor-made high-efficiency solutions for HVAC and mechanical systems, developed on current CAD software and dimensioned for low-cost operation across the life of the building.

Duct manufacturing

Fabrication to SMACNA standards in our own factory — job estimation, approved CAD drawings, scheduling and quality checks at every production line.

Production lines

Galvanised sheet metal ducts and fittings, pre-insulated rectangular duct, aluminium cladding and the full range of duct accessories.

Implementation

Site inspection, coordination with other trades and safety arrangements first; then installation to international standards, testing, adjusting and balancing, then hand over.

Maintenance

Planned and corrective maintenance that keeps equipment inside its design envelope, extends service life and protects the building's operating cost.

Air quality control

Deep cleaning of air-conditioning systems and duct runs with high-tech equipment, certified technicians and a chemical-free bio-disinfectant, to NADCA recommendations.

Automation

Control and monitoring for industrial, commercial and residential projects — including retrofits that let older plant speak to smart building systems, fire alarm and BMS.
